Toe rings, being worn on your feet and being made in soft metals such as gold & silver, are bound to get banged up and/or catch on things. We do not recommend wearing toe rings to bed, in the shower, in water, or while working out/sports or other related activities. Toe rings are delicate and thin, so be sure you handle them gently while putting on/off. All of our toe rings are adjustable and must be adjusted tightly (by squeezing shut *gently*) on your feet to avoid them falling off. We have seen Toe Rings last from one week to five years (and counting). We are not responsible for Toe Rings breaking, and please keep this in mind while making your purchase.
